Our practice includes, mainly, advisory in connection with the design, structure, implementation of:

The members of our firm have extensive experience in the mergers and acquisitions, structuring of investments and divestments, creation of private capital funds, entrepreneurial capital, funds for the granting of credit and investment in real estate, both through private vehicles and through the issuance of stock market fiduciary securities certificates for development (CKDes) and stock market fiduciary securities certificates for investment projects (CERPIs). They also have experience in leasing operations and securitization of collection rights.
